DEAL NO MERCY
Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 24, 2026
The short version
Deal No Mercy is a two-player strategy game. Offline practice does not need an account or an internet connection. Online play is optional and uses a nickname, a room code, and temporary match state to synchronize the table.
What you choose to share
- Your nickname, which may be visible to the other player and on the public leaderboard after a completed online match.
- A room code, player token, and gameplay state needed to keep an online table in sync.
- If you choose Game Center matchmaking, Apple Game Center handles that connection under Apple's own terms and privacy policy.
Do not enter your real name, email address, phone number, or other sensitive information as a nickname.
Display-name safety
Display names are normalized and checked for common abusive terms before they can appear in a room or on the leaderboard. If a name slips through, use the support page to report it and we can remove the related completed result.
What we do not collect
We do not use advertising identifiers, analytics, location, contacts, photos, microphone, camera, purchases, or payment information. We do not sell personal information or use online-play data for tracking or targeted advertising. The game has virtual points only and no cash prizes.
How long data stays
Active room and player records are kept only while a table is in use and are automatically removed after the table has been inactive. Completed leaderboard results are kept for a limited period so the standings can work, then expire automatically. The service is hosted on Cloudflare Workers and D1.
Your choices
You can play offline without sharing online data. In the app, use Forget local datato remove the saved nickname, consent, and room session from this device. To ask about a leaderboard entry or request deletion of an active online record, contact the developer through the support page.
