HOW TO PLAY

DEAL NO MERCY RULES

  1. Draw. Take 2 cards at the start of each turn, or 5 if your hand is empty.
  2. Play up to 3. Bank cards, place District cards, or unleash Actions.
  3. Keep 7. Discard down to 7 when your turn ends.
  4. Pay up. Pay demands from your vault and districts. There is no change.
  5. Take debt. If everything you own cannot cover a bill, surrender it all and take a debt marker. Next turn, repay with any hand card.
  6. Fight back. Counterplay blocks a move, but another Counterplay can counter it.
  7. Win. Complete 3 District sets in different colors.
